Terms of Service
A. Managed Service Scope of Work
To ensure the sustainability of your digital assets, all annual Managed Service package options include:
- Integrated Maintenance: Includes annual asset renewal fees (Domain, Server & SSL) and regular system updates to maintain service stability.
- Content Update Support: Content change assistance services (text, images, or article publications). Note: The addition of complex features or new page structures falls under the category of additional development (Add-on Fee).
- SLA Response Commitment: Technical response time guarantee for addressing issue reports according to the priority level of the selected package.
- Security & Backup: Digirook Studio is fully responsible for server stability and periodic data backups. Clients are responsible for the confidentiality of account access that has been handed over.
B. Special Protocol (Managed Enterprise)
To ensure reliability at the highest level, Managed Enterprise packages receive additional protection:
- Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP): Rapid recovery scenario through off-site replication (backups at a different server location) to minimize downtime in the event of total system failure.
- Priority Incident Response: All our technical resources are allocated as the top priority over other routine tasks to handle your system recovery.
- Member Dynamic Dashboard: Option to provide a special portal or document pages that can be accessed exclusively by the company’s internal parties.
C. Administrative & Payment Terms
- Introductory Offer/Initial Partnership Offer: To ensure the stability of your digital infrastructure from day one, Digirook Studio provides a 50% Special Incentive for Managed Service fees during the first 12 months. Adjustments to normal fees will be made upon service renewal in the second year.
- Warranty Period: Technical repair warranty (bug fixing) remains fully valid as long as the Managed Service subscription is in active status.
- Support Hours: Technical support is conducted during operational hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 WIB), except for Managed Enterprise packages which receive priority monitoring.
- Website Development Payment Terms: Payment is divided into two installments; 50% as an initial commitment before the production phase, and 50% final payment after the migration process to the main domain is completed.
- Billing Cycle: Renewal must be completed no later than 30 days before the service period ends.
- Service Termination: If renewal is not completed by the deadline (due date), we reserve the right to deactivate website access for the sake of data security.
